Original 1985 UK 1st issue VHS video cassette 'A Certain Sacrifice' featuring a pre-fame Madonna, A film directed by Stephan Jon Lewicki in the late 70's and later edited and rush released during the height of Madonna's fame in the mid eighties in the format of a 62 minute feature film.

Ex Rental copy housed in a big box case issued to promote the film with different labels to the commercial release.
