cannot control the time your parcel can be in transit.

(Tracking is recommended for all South American Countries)

Update - The above estimates are pre Covid-19 and now due to Covid related staff shortages and fewer international flights please expect delays as from experience all mail to everywhere is inconsistent and many items are arriving later - please refer to the terms below also noting the UK post office (Royal Mail) will not accept claims for lost parcels for 15 days within the UK or 90 days for international post.

The cost of shipping is calculated by the weight of your parcel which is adjusted as items are added to your basket keeping you informed of a combined shipping costs throughout your shopping experience. 
To calculate the correct shipping you will need to choose your country from the drop down menu at checkout 
Once you have confirmed your destination you then must choose either to send your parcel with or without tracking.
We recommended all parcels valued over £40 should be sent with tracking which will be listed as Tracked from the Drop down Menu (Please Note - Standard / Airmail Shipping is Not Tracked) 
Proof of shipping is obtained for all items shipped and if you choose tracked shipping your reference number will be added to your dispatch notice once shipped.
If you choose not to add tracking your parcel will not be insured by the chosen mailing company and if a problem arises with your order we will assist you where possible however we cannot be held responsible for items lost/damaged in transit if tracking is not chosen / purchased at checkout

By not paying for tracked shipping you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions of the post office
which clearly state items are not deemed lost for 5 weeks in Europe (or 6 weeks outside Europe), This means we are unable to contact or make any claims until this time has passed and following this time it can take another 3 weeks for the post office to reply .. Hence we recommend all buyers choose and pay for tracked shipping which will always mean the post office issue a full refund on any lost parcels once this time has passed. By not choosing to pay for tracking you are agreeing to these terms & you are agreeing to be patient and not make unfair claims before this time otherwise that will result in no future orders being processed. (Paypal now charge is a £12 fee when we agree to a refund once a claim is open , hence by claiming and not waiting we are charged)

Further patience is required during the Covid-19 outbreak as we are shipping items within days (twice weekly) however some countries (including the UK at times) will incur delays and some international parcels may arrive days / weeks later than normal. Please refer to your countries postal service updates for further info or pay for tracked shipping which will prove your item is on its way to you , Those who choose not to pay for tracked shipping are required to wait patiently during these difficult times or contact your postal system direct.

Covid-19 July 2020 update  from the UK Post office - relating to International items, please be aware that Covid-related restrictions are resulting in extended transit times for some items and in some countries. Experience tells us almost all items are reaching their destination – though sometimes later than expected. So, we’re taking this into account by lengthening our investigation period up to 90 days from the date of posting. Please allow us this extra time ... We received this statement at the start of July 2019 from Royal Mail concerning all delayed parcels meaning they will not look into a lost / delayed parcel for 90 days (this is non negotiable and it is there actual terms. (We are not refusing to look into lost parcels we are confirming the time we must wait is now 90 days during covid)

Sealed items will be sent Sealed , Customers should note that seam splits may occur in the mail and it is the responsibility of the buyer to ask for any sealed items to be opened & separated before shipping to avoid seam splits (which is a risk with all sealed vinyl's) & we reserve the right to not accept a return for a seam split unless the buyer as asked us to open & separate to avoid this happening prior to shipping.
Customs or VAT charges may be added to your order if you are ordering from outside the UK. These charges are enforced by the customs department of your country and any such customs / tax charges if incurred are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in shipping costs calculated during your checkout process
