considerably and although we dispatch immediately we 
cannot control the time your parcel can be in transit.

For all parcels under 2kg we generally use the UK post office (Royal Mail) meaning we must abide by their terms & conditions where they will not accept claims for lost parcels for 15 working days within the UK or 30 working days for international parcels. If any parcels are still in transit at this point we will always make claims as soon as this time passes and we are allowed. As we provide tracking upon dispatch you will always see proof your parcel has been shipped

The cost of shipping is calculated by the weight of your parcel which is adjusted as items are added to your basket keeping you informed of a combined shipping costs throughout your shopping experience. 
 
To calculate the correct shipping you will need to confirm your country at checkout.
 
Proof of shipping is obtained for all items shipped in the form of a tracking number which will be added to your dispatch notice and sent to you by email upon dispatch so you can check the progress yourself at any time.
 

Delayed International Parcels is quite common which is why we always confirm the tracking number within the dispatch notice as proof your item was shipped in a timely manner. All parcels which are sent with tracking are insured and they will either arrive or be returned, In case of any loss a full refund is always made to the buyer as soon as the Royal Mail claim time has passed and we can contact them for confirmation (they will not answer any queries until this time has passed as set out above)

If your sending a 'where is my item' email before the claim deadline has passed we are linking you to this delivery info pages as we are unable to make any claims or queries until the threshold has passed & confirm the tracking number is proof your item is in the system & by ordering you are agreeing to be patient & understand we cannot control transit times, any unfair payment claims or disputes before this time will result in no future orders being processed at any time in the future.

All items are delivered, returned or refunded with no exception, just with the rare incidents you need to be patient as the postal system will inform us.

Sealed items will be sent Sealed , Customers should note that seam splits may occur in the mail and it is the responsibility of the buyer to ask for any sealed items to be opened & separated before shipping to avoid seam splits (which is a risk with all sealed vinyl's) & we reserve the right to not accept a return for a seam split unless the buyer as asked us to open & separate to avoid this happening prior to shipping.
 
Customs or VAT charges may be added to your order if you are ordering from outside the UK. These charges are enforced by the customs department of your country and any such customs / tax charges if incurred are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in shipping or item costs calculated during your checkout process.. Taxes, shipping times and postage prices are all out of our control.
