Madonna "Confessions on a Dance Floor" presentation award for the "Hung Up" single release, comes with a brass plaque which reads  "RADIO 24 ZURICH - No.1 Airplay Award 2006 MADONNA Hung Up". The engraved plaque has the Madonna Confessions style font text & includes an additional small brass vinyl record plaque surrounded by stars.

Measuring approximately 24cm tall (9.5" inches) & comprising of quality heavy materials with a design which is handsomely designed to mimic the "Confessions on a dance Floor" purple glitter disco-ball from Madonna's 2006 album. An official No.1 airplay award from Switzerland's Radio Zurich station & a unique "one of a kind" genuine piece of Madonna history.
