Original 1989 USA Long Box edition of Madonna's album 'Like a Prayer'... Long box cd's were issued in limited quantities and were made to sit next to vinyl Lp's in record shops in order to promote the then not as popular and hardly known cd format,

Long box packaging has been carefully opened at one end with part of the opening flap torn off & carries a few spine creases and a crease on the back.
