Authentic Madonna autographed picture featuring a loving photograph of Madonna with her father taken at the Ciccone Vineyard & Winery where in 2021 Madonna's birthday wish was for friends & supporters to adopt a bed in the ward of the Mercy James Centre hospital in Malawi & to support this cause Ciccone Vinyard & Winery released a limited number of only 20 exclusive commemorative 2005 Madonna wines with the proceeds going to Madonna's Raising Malawi Foundation.

As a special thank you , Madonna personally signed a 4"x5" picture of herself with her father Tony (founder & owner of Ciccone Vineyard & Winery) to be included with each purchase of one of the 20 bottles of wine, the picture also has a thank you message on the back issued in a clear wallet.

The sale of the bottles of wine & signed pictures were promoted on both Madonna's and Ciccone Vineyard & Winery's social media accounts in November 2021 and each of the 20 bottles were sold for $1500 to those lucky enough to grab one.
