MADONNA CICCONE 1984 TWICE SIGNED CHECK / CHEQUE to ERIKA BELLE

A rare signed bank check from the Material Girl herself, dated June 7, 1984, 8.25" x 3", made payable to Erika Belle for $100.00, with Madonna adding "Costumes for European Tour" on the memo line. Erika Belle is a fashion designer and dancer known for her friendship with Madonna, and has even been a featured dancer in several of Madonna's most well-known music videos, also through June 1984 Erika along with Christopher (Madonna's brother) were backing dancers for numerous live & tv performances for the promotional European tour just as Madonna became famous. Filled out entirely in Madonna's hand and uniquely signed "Madonna Ciccone" on the front, with a RARE second full name signature on the reverse below Bell's endorsement. An exceptionally clean specimen with two superb signatures, which has been authenticated & received the highest grade possible of GEM MINT 10 from PSA/DNA.

Original Chemical Bank Cheque with numerous bank stamps and signatures on the back, from Madonna's personal cheque book (cheque #1023) used by Madonna to pay her then backing dancer & costume designer in June 1984 to either design or purchase costumes for onstage use with Madonna's full signature (including surname) issued during a promotional tour which shot Madonna to chart stardom soon after.

The check is encapsulated in a thick plastic display case with the PSA/DNA certified info which can be checked online for authenticity., also included is an auction certificate from a well known respectable auction house as further provenance. Now four decades old and one of the earliest high end collectibles issued weeks before super stardom.
