Madonna appears on the cover of 'NO.1' the UK teen pop culture magazine from '5th September 1987'.  Inside there is an additional 5 page interview & feature (note two pages of this feature with WTG photos are missing), also a different 2 page 'Who's That Girl' film feature with photos stills taken from the movie.

Magazine is missing 4 sheet pages  (p11-12) & (p17-18) & (p39-40), (p-45-46).
