MADONNA - SEX BOOK CALENDAR UNRELEASED PRINTERS PROOF PRINTS

Extremely scarce set of three official prototype calendar proof prints for the unreleased 1993 Madonna "Sex" calendar each mounted on boards & measuring approximately 16" x 21" in size..

In conjunction with the UK release of the "Sex" book, an accompanying calendar was also planned. A small number of prototypes of the calendar pages were printed but before being put into commercial production the calendar project was pulled & the trial examples were pulped (a few copies survived destruction). What we have here is an original set of three proof pages from the concept calendar featuring photos from the "Sex" book. Each page has been conservation card mounted & still shows the intended "hanging-hole" at the top with some general production wear to some of the page outside edges

A set of three poster board proof displays for the cancelled 1993 official Sex calendar as per images (each page was produced for two calendar months so this set covers six un-consecutive  months as per images)
