Original 1986 USA Sire promotional item distributed to select music retailers throughout the US for promotional purposes and not for general sale, A 3-D card counter display for the  'True Blue' album release featuring a cassette jewel case with the inner sleeve inside (no cassette is included) .

A Shaped display which used to have an easel on the back (the easel / stand is no longer attached as per photos), measures approximately 8" x 12" in size, and official item with 1986 Sire Made in the USA promotional text.
