Original 1991 Miramax 10" x 8" black & white promotional publicity photo issued  to assist in the promotion of the 'Truth or Dare' release, featuring a Madonna promo image topless with 'All Access' written on her back with  'Miramax Film Release 1991' text and a photo credit to 'Steven Meisel'.

Official photo has been used by a US media outlet and came in a collection of different early era Madonna publicity photos, all have been used for print publicity purposes and as seen in the photos this item has a pen circle mark around the Madonna text from use by the publication.
